Led is initial alphabet of Light Emitting Diode. A transformer is a system that provides electrical current between two or more circuits. Led transformer is the name of the system which is used to provide more efficient operation in strip led lighting. The feature of Led lighting systems is to provide more efficient lighting with less energy. Led quality is determined according to the lighting efficiency and the energy used by the led system. The quality of the transformer is determined by balancing the electric current in the best way and ensuring that the current is used properly.

 

Calculating Led Quality


The most important factor in LED quality is the amount of energy that is used in lighting. Led lighting systems operate with 12 V energy unless supported by additional power. Another factor of LED quality is lumen. Lumen is the amount of light emitted from the light source to the environment. In LED lighting, the lumen valuation is an effectiveness for quality. Color temperature is one of the important factors for quality. The color of light measured by Kelvin calculation is the effect of lighting in the environment. The color index is also important and it is 80-85% in LED lighting. Light propagation and angle is the factor for the calculation of led quality. Efficiency in terms of quality is determining by factors such as LED weight, sudden light feature, drivers, dim, chip, heating .Led quality calculation is made by evaluaion in terms of all these factors.

 

Calculating Transformer Quality


The power and voltage of the transformer must be known before enwrapping. Then the core section calculation, calculation of enwrapping number , wire and enwrapping section calculation, the quality of the transformer is calculated by knowing the size of window. Transformer quality is selected according to the place where it will be used by doing so, an efficient performance is obtained.
